Holbrook, NY
Pay: $12-$14
Open Scientific is currently recruiting for an Ecommerce Fraud Analyst to work for a Global Vitamin Company located in Holbrook. The right candidate will be responsible for reviewing suspect orders for fraud. The goal is to maintain a low incidence of fraud and chargebacks initiated from fraudulent transactions.
Responsibilities include:- Daily review of suspect orders using Chase Paymentech’s Safetech fraud management tool.
- Analyze suspect orders for indications of fraud.
- Approve and decline orders.
- Maintain low margin of error when approving and declining orders through knowledge, experience and assistance from Manager.
- Identify and elevate trends.
- Assist in the revision of existing rules and creation of new rules.
- Contact customers to verify order information.
- 1 year Customer Service experience
- Some college preferably
Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
