Part-Time Branch Operations Manager; QBY

Monday-Thursday, 3:00-7:30 p.m. | $30-$38/hour

Kids In Motion is hiring a part-time Branch Operations Manager to lead the staffing, administrative, and customer-service systems behind a successful children's activities branch.

You will work alongside our coaching team to grow the branch, working alongside the coaching staff.

Your primary focus will be recruiting and onboarding staff, coordinating schedules, supporting employee accountability, resolving parent concerns, maintaining branch organization, and ensuring excellent day-to-day operations during peak afternoon/evening hours.

We are looking for someone who is organized, confident, professional, and skilled at leading people in a fast-paced service environment. Experience in youth programs, childcare, fitness, hospitality, retail, restaurants, staffing, or other team-based operations is welcome. Gymnastics experience is helpful but not required.

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and retaining coaches and support staff.
• Managing staff schedules, coverage, attendance, and timekeeping.
• Supporting employee accountability and performance conversations.
• Serving as a professional management contact for families.
• Following up on enrollment inquiries, parent concerns, and operational issues.
• Maintaining organized branch systems, records, supplies, and communications.

• Two or more years of leadership, scheduling, recruiting, customer service, or operations experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Attention to details.
• Comfortable managing competing priorities and addressing employee issues directly.
• Available consistently Monday-Thursday, 3:00-7:00 p.m.
• Must be able to meet required background-check and child-safety requirements.

$30-$38 per hour, based on experience.

16-20 hours per week, Monday-Thursday, 3:00-7:30 p.m.
