Hospitality Project Manager

Location: Town of Florida

Position Overview Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for clients from initial onboarding through ongoing project execution and support. This individual will work closely with clients to understand business objectives, coordinate internal resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, skilled relationship builder, and experienced project leader who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities Create and maintain an internal support structure for assigned client programs.

Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for client projects.

Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and coordinate project deliverables.

Develop project plans, timelines, and implementation schedules in partnership with clients and internal stakeholders.

Coordinate resource assignments with department and functional managers.

Produce project documentation and facilitate weekly or as-needed project review meetings.

Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Utilize project management systems and tools to manage workflow, track milestones, and execute projects efficiently.

Partner with Sales and other departments to support client initiatives and business objectives.

Ensure all deadlines are met and that client communications remain accurate, timely, and professional.

Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and quality standards to ensure successful outcomes.

Maintain required project records, documentation, and reporting.

Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of successful project management experience.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to lead meetings with both client representatives and internal team members.

Demonstrated success creating collaborative and productive working environments.

Experience coordinating multiple projects and deliverables across cross-functional teams.

Proficiency with web-based project management and collaboration tools.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.

Ability to work independently while maintaining strong team collaboration.

Bachelor's degree preferred.
