Key Responsibilities & Duties Manage the full lifecycle of partnerships, from initiation to optimization.

Identify and establish collaborations with firms specializing in fund formation.

Conduct tailored software demonstrations for legal professionals and fund managers.

Train teams on platform benefits and digitized workflow solutions.

Develop detailed schedules for partner reviews, including comprehensive reports.

Ensure CRM data accuracy and coordinate lead flow effectively.

Provide internal reporting on partnership health and reengagement strategies.

Organize and participate in events to promote partnerships and collaboration.

Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with a strong academic background.
7+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, or client-facing roles.

Background in Legal Tech, Fin Tech, or private markets preferred.

Exceptional communication skills for explaining technical workflows to professionals.

Operational mindset with experience in building systems and materials for partnerships.

Proven ability to present and demo software effectively to diverse audiences.

Willingness to travel 10-20% for meetings and industry events.

Strong organizational skills to manage partner data and lead flow efficiently.
