• Founding Leadership: Step into the company's first product role, reporting directly to the co-founders with full agency to establish the product org and hire PMs/designers as the company grows.
• High-Growth Impact: Drive key product lines for an organization scaling at 30% month-over-month while delivering real-world care solutions to families.
• AI-Native Environment: Directly build working prototypes using tools like Claude Code and Cursor, translating complex healthcare operations into consumer-grade experiences.

• 3–8 years of product management experience at high-growth startups.
• Demonstrated track record scaling products from early traction (~$5M) toward $15M+ ARR at a Series A–C company.
• Background building multi-sided marketplace platforms (balancing B2B provider and consumer surfaces).
• Proven IC execution capabilities with a history of shipping zero-to-one features end-to-end.
• Prototyping fluency with AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.).
• Strong design eye capable of elevating healthcare software to consumer-grade UX standards.
• Ability to work 5 days/week in-person at the New York, NY office.
