AboutOur Micro-Business program
Branches is dedicated to empowering Miami-Dade’s micro and small businesses from idea to implementation. Through our Business Incubator, E-Lab, and BE ONE digital community, we provide entrepreneurs with the tools, coaching, and capital they need to thrive. Using a tailored "Business Centered Design" approach, we support founders through every stage of their journey with 1-on-1 mentoring, technical skills training, and access to micro-grants.
Position OverviewThe Micro-Business Program Manager plays a vital dual role, driving both the strategic execution of program initiatives and the tactical day to day operations of participant development, event coordination, inventory tracking, and grant compliance.

Tactically, the position manages participant onboarding, facilitates business registration, access to capital support, coordinates workshops, events, tracks micro-grants, maintains and submits CDBG documentation and oversees equipment inventory.
