Job Responsibilities:

Develop and independently own and execute initiatives within the Data & Analytics Organization from inception to completion.
Apply structured problem-solving skills to address top strategic priorities.
Facilitate working groups and brainstorming sessions to support leadership decision‑making.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, driving implementation of changes.
Collaborate with team members across LOBs, central teams, and corporate functions.
Prepare executive communication materials and present project analyses to senior executives.
Havin a controls mindset to ensure compliance with approved risk and controls processes.
Assist in driving day-to-day problem solving to facilitate recommendations and push the team's agenda.
Utilize organization and planning expertise to prioritize tasks and resolve challenges.
Understand the leader's intent and take initiative in the absence of specific instructions.

Required Qualifications , Capabilities, and

Skills:

Bachelors Degree in Science and 3+ years of experience in a business, analytics, or operations-related function.
Experience implementing workflow tools, setting and measuring organizational OKRs, assessing productivity, and applying Lean-Agile frameworks to manage a book of work.
Consulting orientation with strong client engagement skills.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and influence business partners.
Solid analytical skills with a strong commercial orientation.
Creative problem-solver with the initiative to develop strategic solutions.
