Founding Operations Lead

Build the AI operating system for commercial real estate.

Broome is a pre-seed, venture-backed startup revolutionizing the commercial real estate industry by reshaping how institutional investors access and manage their data. We structure raw deal data into instant insights and decisions: taking data from financials, rent rolls, legal docs, and teams' internal drives to improve daily analysis and automate work.

This is our first forward-deployed role, sitting between our customers and our product. You will spend your time inside institutional investment shops, learning how they work and helping them deploy AI into their firm. This role is a mix of product management, customer success, sales, and operations.

• Work directly with deal teams, asset managers, and portfolio managers at institutional commercial real estate investment shops. Learn their workflow in detail, then help them implement Broome.
• Own onboarding end to end: data migration, pipeline and portfolio setup, and mapping each client's documents, chart of accounts, and reporting standards into durable structures.
• Produce the artifacts customers rely on, including mapping workbooks, flash reports, and investment memos.
• Get on a plane, sit in customers' offices, and work directly with the C-suite to figure out how to improve their Broome experience.
• Help build Broome into a household name in the commercial real estate industry.

• 1-3 years at an institutional real estate investment or investment banking firm.
• Fluency with AI tools and genuine excitement about building. You do not need to write code. You do need to have automated the worst workflow at your last job.
• High agency and strong desire to be building a company at the most exciting moment in the history of technology. You should be ready to work a lot and be comfortable advising C-suite executives.
