Responsibilities
- Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies to determine product demand and identify potential customers.
- Research, collect, and analyze data on market conditions, trends, customer preferences, and buying habits of jewelry.
- Gather information to determine potential sales of a product and plan an advertising campaign.
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies.
- Help determine the company’s position in the marketplace by researching competitors and analyzing their prices, sales, and marketing methods.
- Develop plans that will increase sales by improving product quality and creating business plans for upcoming products.
- Track and resolve customer disputes, claims, and chargebacks to make the buying and selling process as easy and secure as possible for customers.
- Prepare reports and present results to clients and management.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field or as a general manager in the jewelry sector.
Work schedule:
40 hrs per week.
