** Where You'll Make a Difference
*** Lead the identification of unmet consumer and customer needs and translate insights into differentiated fragrance solutions.
* Build deep expertise in market trends, consumer needs, competitive technologies, and future innovation opportunities.
* Establish strong partnerships with perfumers, sales, marketing, innovation, operations, manufacturing, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
* Drive the agile adaptation and deployment of existing fragrance technologies to address customer and category-specific challenges.
* Champion knowledge sharing, technical training, and best practices in data management, laboratory operations, and safety procedures.
* Support the successful launch of new technologies by partnering with creative, commercial, and innovation teams.
* Provide strategic feedback on innovation performance, business impact, win rates, and future capability needs.
* Lead complex projects by managing priorities, resources, timelines, risks, KPIs, and stakeholder communication.
* Develop and inspire team members while fostering an inclusive, safe, and collaborative working environment.  
** What Makes You the Right Fit
*** Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Fragrance Science, Consumer Science, or a related technical discipline.
* Significant experience in fragrance, consumer products, ingredients, innovation, R&D, or a related industry.
* Demonstrated ability to translate consumer insights and market trends into technical solutions and business opportunities.
* Strong project management skills with experience leading multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
* Proven success building relationships and influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
* Experience leading, coaching, and developing technical professionals.
* Strong understanding of innovation processes, technology deployment, and commercialization.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Commitment to safety, quality, compliance, diversity, and continuous improvement.  
** How Would You Stand Out?
*** Experience with in the fragrance, flavors, consumer goods, or specialty ingredients industry.
* Knowledge of regulatory, sustainability, supply chain, and ingredient compliance considerations impacting fragrance development.
* Experience leveraging intellectual property analysis and competitive intelligence to guide innovation strategies.
