Nova Cruitix is seeking a Business Analyst with 3-5 years of experience for contract/W-2 positions across New York. The ideal candidate will translate business needs into clear requirements, collaborating closely with stakeholders and technical teams throughout the SDLC.
Responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, preparing BRDs/FRDs, and supporting UAT. Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and Confluence is preferred;
Power BI/Tableau and Excel/Visio are advantageous.
