Location: Guernsey. Busy Bees as Peter Port - Queens Road, Guernsey, GY1 1RH

Start Date: Ahead of Grand Opening (Date TBC)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £50,000–£55,000
3 Months Paid Accommodation + Full Relocation Support

• A Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing or deputy managing a nursery setting
• A genuine passion for building and leading teams
• A strong knowledge of EYFS and commitment to child‑led learning
• Ambition to create a new centre culture from scratch
• Leadership that balances kindness, high expectations, and joy
