Child Care Lead Preschool Teacher

Bright Path Early Learning & Child Care (formerly Imagination Station) is seeking a Lead Preschool Teacher for its Lancaster East, NY location. The role is full‑time and requires a regular schedule—no evenings or weekends.

$17.00 – $20.50 per hour (based on experience and skills).

• Ensure the safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks to 12 years in one assigned classroom.
• Create a developmentally appropriate curriculum according to NAEYC standards.
• Curate programs and activities based on children’s interests and learning styles.
• Maintain a warm, clean, and safe environment that allows children to grow and explore.
• Partner with families to create plans that provide the best care and education.
• Provide effective communication with parents/guardians about their child’s progress.

• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) or Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or 12 credits in early childhood education courses.
• Preferred: 2+ years experience in a licensed child‑care facility.
• Strong customer‑service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Willingness to work within regular operating hours.
• Must meet state criteria for child‑care employment.
• Fluency in functional written and oral English.
