Assistant Teachers at The Learning Experience are nurturing, dependable, and passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children. You’ll work side‑by‑side with our Lead Teachers, helping to create a safe, fun, and engaging environment that supports learning through play.

At least 6 months of professional childcare experience preferred

High school diploma required; CDA, Associate degree, or enrollment in a Study Plan is a plus

CPR and First Aid certification preferred

Must meet state‑specific guidelines for the role

Support Lead Teachers in implementing The Learning Experience’s proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®

Help create a safe, nurturing classroom where children can learn, play, and grow

Build positive relationships with children and their families through daily communication and care

Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment

Ensure the safety and well‑being of each child every day
