Schedule: Full Time / Hybrid
Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per year Hiring Incentive: $1,500 after 500 worked hours.

We serve children and families in Brooklyn, Queens, and Long Island through preventive and family foster care services, group homes, and short‑term residential services for unaccompanied migrant children. A Casework Supervisor provides support and supervision to assigned staff, including Caseworkers and Socio‑Therapists, as they work with children, youth, birth families, and foster families.
Required Qualifications- Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in child welfare.
- At least 2 years of experience in foster care.
- Knowledge of child development stages and family dynamics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Ability to engage with clients.
- Valid driver’s licence preferred.

- Oversee all aspects of assigned cases.
- Hire, train, supervise and evaluate assigned staff.
- Coordinate monthly staff meetings.
- Assist caseworkers in developing realistic treatment goals.
- Ensure staff conduct field visits to client homes, schools, and treatment centers.
- Conduct monthly foster home visits to assess quality of care and safety.
- Ensure required services (medical, developmental, clinical, educational) are provided and outcomes monitored.
- Maintain required documentation within established time frames.
- Attend and contribute to ACS and agency staff meetings and trainings.
- Mentor new staff and provide shadowing opportunities.
- Respond to emergencies as needed.
- Assist with budgetary processes.
- Maintain program statistics and prepare reports.
- Represent the program at community and professional organizations.
