Overview
We are looking for motivated and passionate leaders to help guide our staff, support our campers, and ensure a smooth and successful summer program. The ideal candidate loves working with young children, thrives in a fast-paced, fun environment, and brings strong management and communication skills. Leadership team members are essential in setting the tone, maintaining structure, and modeling professionalism throughout the season.
Leadership Positions:
- Assistant Director
- Health Director-Qualifications and certifications include Physician or Nurse Practitioner or RN or LPN or EMT, First Aid, CPR, RTE
- Village Director
- High & Low Ropes Director
- Program Director
- Waterfront Director:
Qualifications include must be 21 years old, PSI or WSI, Lifeguard Management, Lifeguarding with Waterfront, CPR, and First Aid
Camp Seewackamano is a warm, play‑based learning environment dedicated to nurturing creativity, curiosity, and confidence in young children. Our summer camp program blends engaging activities, outdoor adventures, and hands‑on learning to make every day memorable!
Camp Seewackamano runs 6/30/2026-8/28/2026. Mandatory training dates TBD in June 2026.

- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate summer camp activities
- Create a safe, positive, and engaging environment
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor play
- Communicate effectively with families and coworkers
- Uphold all licensing, health, and safety standards
- Support daily routines including meals and transitions
- MUST be able to work a minimum of 4 weeks during the camp summer
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong management and communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors and participate in active play
- Passionate, reliable, and team‑oriented
