Together for Youth in New York operates a short-term residential detention program for at-risk youth. The Non-Secure Detention Counselor supervises daily activities, maintains safety, and provides a structured, therapeutic environment to support youths during their stay.
You will work with program leadership, model appropriate behavior, counsel youth, assist with meals, and help ensure compliance with schedules and policies, while remaining flexible for day, evening, weekend, and holiday hours.
