# ALWAYS ON PART TIME SITTER: 14-Month-Old Boy in Chelsea## Overview This Chelsea family is looking for a reliable, communicative, and attentive sitter to provide temporary full-time care for their 14-month-old son while their regular nanny recovers from an injury. Both parents work full-time, so reliability and consistency are especially important. You'll take the lead on his daily routine, including meals, naps, playtime, outings, and his evening bath, with plenty of time for books, playground trips, library visits, and playdates along the way.

The family is hoping to find one consistent person who can stay with them for approximately one month, with the possibility that coverage may be needed a little longer.###

The Ideal Candidate for this Job You're caring, responsible, safety-conscious, and extremely reliable. You're comfortable taking ownership of a toddler's daily routine while keeping parents in the loop. Communication is especially important to this family. They prefer texting, appreciate a photo update once a day, and want someone who will reach out promptly if a question or concern comes up.

You're also proactive about the little things that keep a child's routine running smoothly, like letting parents know when diapers, groceries, or other supplies are getting low.### Schedule Monday through Friday: 8 A.M.

He's a happy, responsive little guy who's on the move! He's a speedy crawler, can stand for short periods, and is getting close to walking. He's beginning to say a few words and loves pointing things out in books. He's a great eater and has three meals a day, milk, and sometimes an afternoon snack. His current routine includes a morning nap around 10:30/10:45 A.M. and an afternoon nap around 3:30 P.M., though his schedule continues to evolve as he grows.

He enjoys trips to the library and playground and has a little friend nearby for playdates when possible.

The family suspects he may have a sesame allergy, though this has not been confirmed.### Responsibilities You'll oversee his daily schedule, including meals, naps, diapering, play, outings, and a bath around 5:30 P.M. You'll provide attentive, age-appropriate engagement at home and take him out for activities like library and playground visits or nearby playdates. Child-related household support includes tidying toys and books, doing his laundry approximately once per week, changing his sheets weekly, and keeping parents updated when diapers, groceries, or other supplies need to be replenished.###

Additional Information There are no pets in the home. Both parents work full-time, and one parent has a particularly demanding work schedule, making punctuality and dependability especially important. The family is responsive and values clear, timely communication throughout the day. They'd also like to Face Time with the sitter before care begins.

This is an Always On recurring booking with an ongoing month-to-month commitment. You'll coordinate your schedule directly with the family each month, making it a great opportunity for someone looking for recurring bookings with flexibility. While this role does not include formal benefits, sick time is accrued at a rate of one hour for every 30 hours worked.
