L’Alliance New York is seeking a Preschool Aftercare Assistant to supervise and engage preschoolers in the aftercare program. You’ll support a calm transition from school to pickup and provide age-appropriate activities in a safe, nurturing setting.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with young children, is patient and reliable, and can follow school routines. Part-time, in-person work with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 4:30 PM–6:00 PM, starting October 2026.
