Infant Daycare Assistant

Kinder Prep Montessori is seeking a caring and responsible Infant Daycare Assistant to join our Williamsburg team, working with children ages 3 months to 1 year. This role supports a warm, safe, and nurturing environment for infants while helping them grow and thrive during their earliest stage of development.

The ideal candidate has experience working with babies, communicates warmly and professionally with families, and is dependable, organized, and comfortable working as part of a supportive childcare team.

• Provide attentive, nurturing care for infants ages 3 months to 1 year
• Support daily routines including feeding, diapering, naps, and age-appropriate activities
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized infant classroom
• Observe and respond thoughtfully to each child's individual needs
• Communicate professionally with parents and collaborate with teachers and administrators
• Follow all health, safety, and childcare policies

• $22 per hour
• W-2 or 1099 basis available
• 4 weeks of paid time off
• $1,000 annual bonus
• Paid federal holidays when the daycare is closed

• At least 2 years of experience working with babies
• Must be able to communicate in English
• Organized, reliable, and responsible
• Passion for caring for infants and supporting early childhood development
• Daycare experience is a plus
• Willing to complete required trainings and clearances
