In the role of Resident Project Representative II, you'll be responsible for:

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification
• Ability to interpret construction schedules
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to propose solutions
• Experience with NYCDEP and/or NYSDOT projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Technology, or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of progressive construction experience on multidisciplinary projects
• Understanding of contracts, codes, and laws governing construction
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Teamwork skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Primavera, or related software
• Excellent communication skills
• Commitment to HDR’s employee-owned culture
