Commercial Construction Project Manager

• Lead, direct, and coordinate the daily management of construction projects.
• Collaborate with preconstruction teams during project development.
• Provide expertise in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and pricing decisions.
• Manage subcontracting and procurement processes.
• Track and control project schedules and costs to ensure timely completion within budget.
• Forecast revenue, profitability, and project costs accurately.
• Oversee direct costs in Procore to maintain project budgets.
• Enforce safety protocols among project staff.
• Manage prime contract pay applications and ensure timely payments.
• Review and approve subcontractor invoices via Procore monthly.
• Report progress and project modifications to management and stakeholders.
• Implement emerging technologies to support competitive advantages.
• Coordinate project closeout and turnover processes.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 5+ years of construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction costs, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering principles.
• Excellent communication, time management, and dispute resolution skills.
• High standards of accountability and integrity.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Procore, Bluebeam, and presentation/negotiation skills.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and coordinate multiple activities.

• Experience in multi-family or clubhouse construction projects.
