Key Responsibilities- Oversee all phases of assigned construction projects from planning through completion
- Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, and engineers
- Submit RFIs, change orders, and manage project documentation
- Track budget performance and prepare job cost reports
- Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Coordinate and manage project schedules, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor jobsite progress, address delays or field challenges, and ensure project stays on track
- Collaborate with field teams to ensure execution aligns with budget and contract documents
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, take‑offs, and bid proposals for public and private sector opportunities
- Review bid packages and construction documents to identify scope and resource needs
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management and estimating is required
- Proven track record managing public‑sector or union construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, bid specs, and job costing
- Excellent organizational, time‑management, and verbal/written communication skills
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing field staff
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with estimating software is a plus
- Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and under deadlines
- No formal degree required—experience and drive matter most
