The Job

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Estimator / Engineer to join our team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of estimating and preconstruction activities for a variety of projects, from early design through bid submission. You will play a critical role in bridging estimating, engineering, and field operations — helping to translate conceptual designs into constructible, cost‑effective solutions. This position is ideal for professionals ready to advance beyond entry‑level work, with a solid foundation in construction and a growing ability to manage portions of bids and preconstruction tasks independently.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
You’ll Thrive with Us if You Are
  • Driven by a desire for continuous learning and personal growth, always striving to improve.

  • Hands‑on training and mentorship from senior staff.
  • Opportunity for growth in both engineering and estimating tracks.
