DescriptionTeam Fishel, the Best Choice in utility construction since 1936, is hiring Underground Utility Construction Foremen at our Plant City, FL (Tampa area) office. The Underground Foreman will be responsible for leading field crews to meet project goals safely.
Responsibilities- Leads teams to accomplish various size projects
- Ensures accuracy of timesheets and expense reports
- Monitors quality assurance
- Ensures all crews observe safety practices
- Reports, coordinates, and supervises all aspects of a project
- May work independently performing site surveys for estimates and proposals
- Must have previous experience working from blueprints, and specifications
- 3+ years experience in underground utility construction work
- Must have experience leading a crew of 4 to 5 teammates
- CDL-A a plus
