** Granville, PA, with regional travel.
** Key Responsibilities*
* * Manage 10–20 active projects, typically smaller in scale, across PA, MD, WV, DE, VA, NJ, and surrounding states.
* Coordinate 2–4 job deployments weekly, ensuring seamless execution and foreman support.
* Maintain constant communication with field crews, planning upcoming jobs and troubleshooting issues.
* Assist estimators with material needs and bid preparation (not heavy estimating).
* Oversee project phases from pre-construction to closeout, including scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
* Conduct site checks ahead of time, ensuring compliance with regional regulations.
* Regional travel typically 1–2 days per week.
* Use Viewpoint software and other tools (AutoCAD+, AI tools) to manage project data and blueprints.
* Support field staff working independently, offering flexibility and responsiveness.
** Qualifications*
* * 3–5 years of project management experience in construction or general contracting.
* Familiarity with construction software (Viewpoint preferred), blueprint reading, and AutoCAD.
* Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
* Experience managing multiple projects across different phases and regions.
* Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
