• Role Type: Full-Time, Onsite
• Schedule: M–F, with flexible hours
• Location: Primarily office-based, with occasional required site visits across the five boroughs
• Support a high-volume, small, family-oriented firm specializing in complex exterior restoration
• The primary focus is on blueprint review, quantity takeoffs, and bid preparation for a diverse range of exterior scopes

• Conduct detailed quantity takeoffs from architectural and structural blueprints for exterior renovation projects
• Prepare comprehensive and accurate bid packages for various projects
• Maintain a focus on high-priority exterior scopes, including:
  Roofing systems;
  Building waterproofing;
  Structural reinforcement and steelwork;
  Specialty exterior restoration
• (A plus) Provide estimating support for interior scopes as necessary
• Coordinate with project management and ownership to refine estimates and ensure project feasibility

• 5–10 years of professional estimating experience within the construction industry
• Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering blueprints
• Familiarity with takeoff and estimating software (e.g., Active Takeoff) is a plus
