Well established Civil construction client is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their growing team. We are in search of a dynamic and driven Senior Estimator with a strong background in estimating various construction projects, focusing on demolition, earthworks, and civil works. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of the construction process from start to finish.

As a Senior Estimator, you will prepare detailed cost estimates, conduct risk and opportunity assessments, and liaise with clients and project teams. This is a permanent, full‑time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for various construction projects, including demolition, earthworks, civil works, takeoffs, excavation, site work, and mass excavation.
• Conduct thorough risk and opportunity assessments to identify potential cost implications and provide accurate and competitive project estimates.
• Liaise with clients, project teams, and subcontractors to gather all necessary information for accurate estimating.
• Review design documents, project plans, and specifications to determine material, labor, equipment, and overhead costs.
• Analyze and evaluate subcontractor proposals and bids to ensure they meet project specifications and company standards.
• Provide detailed reports to project managers and clients detailing estimated costs, project feasibility, and potential risks.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and new technologies to ensure estimates are current, competitive, and accurate.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Proficient in estimating software and tools, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal requirements.
• Proven experience with demolition, earthworks, civil works, takeoffs, excavation, site work, and mass excavation.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, project teams, and subcontractors.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
