Job Type: Full Time Onsite, Monday-Friday (8:30 AM-5:15 PM)

Bradford Construction currently has an opportunity for an experienced Estimator to support a contract consisting of multiple ongoing projects with one of our public agency clients.

• Collaborate with a diverse range of technical, professional, and managerial staff—as well as designers, consultants, and contractors—to coordinate and develop comprehensive cost estimates.
• Participate in joint scope meetings and assist project management.
• Oversee the creation of quantity take-offs and cost evaluations based on joint scope meeting and relevant documents.
• Review and analyze cost estimates submitted by contractors, providing recommendations on their suitability for implementation.
• Participate in cost-related negotiations to support project planning and budgeting efforts.
• Perform additional related duties as required.

• A minimum of 5 years of construction estimating experience.
• Experience with public agencies is preferred.
• Experience with Job Order Contracts or a similar construction delivery method is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred; minimum of an Associate’s degree is required. #LI-Onsite

$90,000 - $110,000 USD
