Construction Superintendent

Job Opportunity:
Construction Superintendent (Ground-Up Projects)
Mid-Senior Level | Full-Time | NYC License Required

We’re seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent to oversee large-scale, ground-up construction projects. This is a hands-on site leadership role for an expert in lump sum contracting with a commitment to quality, safety, and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on-site construction activities from start to finish
• Supervise trades and vendors for quality, schedule, and safety
• Coordinate material deliveries and approvals
• Manage site reports, time sheets, compliance forms, and logs
• Conduct inspections and coordinate with banks and project teams
• Enforce safety protocols and site security
• Support budget reviews and subcontractor requisitions

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years’ construction experience; 5+ years in supervision
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficient in blueprint reading, project documentation, and Microsoft Office
• Procore experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Must hold an active NYC Construction Superintendent License
