As a Drywall Estimator, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping our projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading preconstruction efforts for drywall and metal framing scopes.
• Producing detailed, accurate estimates across multiple project and contract types.
• Preparing proposals with clear clarifications, inclusions, and exclusions.
• Reviewing bid documents, construction plans, schedules, and specifications.
• Providing constructability insights and creative solutions to keep projects on budget.
• Collaborating with architects, owners, and project teams to review costs and strategies.
• Managing multiple estimates simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Tracking and analyzing historical project data for future improvement.

We’re seeking a flexible, detail-oriented team player who thrives under pressure and delivers results.

• 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience, with a strong focus on metal framing and drywall.
• Deep understanding of drywall construction processes, systems, and codes.
• Proven ability to estimate labor, materials, equipment, general conditions, and risk.
• Proficiency in On Center software:
  On-Screen Takeoff, Quick Bid, and DPC.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam.
• Strong work ethic, accountability, and organizational skills.
• A team-first mindset with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
