Job Title:Construction Laborer

Location:Hampton Bays, NY

Pay Rate:$21 - $25 per hour

Schedule:Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (some Saturdays based on workload and deadlines)

Job Description:

We are seeking a hardworking Construction Assistant to support our client's various construction and repair projects, including pools, patios, and residential structures. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and able to perform physically demanding tasks in a team environment.

• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
• Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE
• Assist with site preparation, repair work, and daily clean-up
• Perform demolition and prep work using tools such as jackhammers, pickaxes, and shovels
• Support masonry, carpentry, plumbing, tilework, and other general labor as needed
• Help with yard maintenance, vehicle or building cleanup, and snow removal when required

• High School Diploma or GED
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant construction experience
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
