At Jacobs we turn abstract ideas into realities that transform the world for good. The Project Manager in this role works across construction and design to deliver K‑12 student facility projects, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and meet performance and safety standards.

• Coordinate client, Jacobs project team members and subconsultants for successful project delivery.
• Provide contract management oversight and facilitate resolution of complex project issues.
• Ensure progress and technical performance while managing task scheduling, cost, scope, and safety of the team.
• Communicate effectively, multitask, and tackle project challenges in a fast‑paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or a related construction field.
• 8+ years of experience as a technical specialist in construction and design, with at least 4 years managing all phases of construction.
• Experience interpreting contract documents such as specifications and shop drawings.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to resolve critical client and project issues.
• Experience in new and renovation construction projects.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; reliable transportation required.

• Prior experience with K‑12 building construction and renovation projects.
• Experience with the JOC’s contracts.
