Position Overview

The Construction Project Manager will play a critical role in planning and directing our projects from shop drawings through construction and closeout. This individual will be responsible for managing the design, fabrication, and installation phases, ensuring that all aspects of the project are thoroughly planned, coordinated, and executed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design or construction, the ability to read and work with construction drawings, and an eagerness to oversee façade system execution in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with overall timelines.
  • Plan logistics for material deliveries, site access, and installation processes.
  • Lead and participate in coordination meetings with stakeholders, contractors, and project teams.
  • Oversee material supply, ensuring necessary components are available on-site.
  • Address installation questions and provide on‑ground problem‑solving.
  • Manage quality control inspections to ensure compliance with specifications, drawings, and guidelines.
  • Provide technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on project progress, challenges, and resolutions.
  • Communicate with external stakeholders, such as developers, general contractors, architects, and façade consultants.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in design or construction.
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
  • Experience managing schedules, materials, and reporting on jobsite performance.
  • Fluent in project management software and tools.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Direct experience with facades, curtain walls, and/or prefabricated exterior wall systems.
  • Professional certifications (e.g. PE, RA, PMP, LEED AP).
