• Prepare and review estimates for projects ranging up to $75M.
• Manage bids, budgets, change orders, and RFIs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with senior project leadership to support project planning and delivery.
• Oversee bid reviews and provide input ahead of major project launches.
• Work closely with field teams, to improve scope accuracy.

• 5+ years of Estimating experience, with a focus on interior construction (Divisions 8, 9, 10).
• Strong knowledge of change orders, RFIs, and project documentation.
• Field experience preferred, with proven ability to transition knowledge into office-based estimating.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam; willingness to adapt to additional software tools as required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a small, collaborative team environment.
