We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial interior construction projects in Manhattan. The ideal candidate can manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while delivering high-quality projects in fast-paced urban environments.

• Manage all project phases from pre‑construction through closeout.
• Serve as the main client contact; maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and consultants.
• Develop and manage project budgets, cost tracking, and change management.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules and logistics plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, procurement, and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with NYC DOB, FDNY, and all required permits.
• Identify and mitigate risks; resolve issues quickly.
• Provide regular progress, financial, and schedule updates to leadership and clients.

• 5+ years of construction PM experience, including commercial interiors.
• Experience working in Manhattan or similar dense urban environments.
• Proficiency with Procore, Plan Grid, MS Project, Bluebeam.
• Strong understanding of drawings, specs, schedules, and scopes of work.
• Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail—especially with high‑end finishes.
