Construction Superintendent

Prime Space Capital is looking for a Construction Superintendent to join our in‑house construction team. Someone who’s organized, detail focused and thrives on being boots on the ground. One who owns the job site, builds strong relationships with subs, and keeps the project moving with zero excuses.

We build and convert ground‑up self‑storage facilities across the country — fast, efficiently, and with pride in the product. With 1.5 M+ square feet delivered and a large pipeline ahead, we’re scaling our GC team to match the pace of our deals.

• Run day‑to‑day operations on ground‑up and conversion self‑storage projects
• Oversee subcontractors, trades, deliveries, and inspections
• Maintain a clean, safe, efficient job site
• Enforce schedule, quality control, and construction standards
• Track progress, daily logs, and site reports
• Coordinate with PMs, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and the PSC Team
• Identify issues early on and solve them before they become problems
• Represent Prime Space onsite — professionally, clearly, and confidently
• Travel to project sites as needed (multi‑state pipeline)

• Experienced superintendent who’s comfortable owning a site start to finish
• Detail oriented — you notice things other people miss
• Strong communicator — clear, direct, and collaborative
• Good with people — firm when needed, fair always
• Calm under pressure and solution driven
• Comfortable traveling and being on the road for project durations
• Takes pride in delivering high‑quality work that speaks for itself
• No ego, no drama — just solid work and strong teamwork

• 3–8+ years of superintendent or construction site leadership experience
• Ground‑up commercial, industrial, or self‑storage experience (big plus)
• Ability to read drawings, schedules, contracts, and plans
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors
• Understanding of safety practices, inspections, and quality control procedures
• Hands‑on and handy — willing and able to step in when needed to keep the job moving in a pinch
• Comfortable with construction software (Procore, Sharepoint, Bluebeam, etc)
• OSHA 30 Hour preferred — (If you don’t have it, you must obtain it within 30 days of hire)

Base Salary, Housing Allowance, Vehicle Allowance, Per Diem, PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, and 401k.
