Equipment Operator

As an Equipment Operator, you’ll handle the heavy machinery that powers our excavation and paving projects. From grading to site prep, your work lays the foundation—literally—for everything we build. You'll work closely with supervisors to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate operation on every site.

• Machine operation
• Site prep
• Safety enforcement
• Material transport

• Prior experience operating heavy machinery (e.g., excavator, roller, bulldozer)
• Understanding of site grading and excavation processes
• Ability to follow directions and read job specs
• Commitment to safety and machine maintenance
• Reliable and able to work in outdoor conditions
