NY based firm specializing in high-rise luxury residential buildings seeking a Senior Detailer. We are seeking a candidate with 5+ years of experience, NYC high end residential design, mixed use buildings and commercial projects.
Qualifications and Responsibilities- 5+ years of experience within the industry
- Highly proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office
- REVIT is a plus
- Excellent clear and concise written and verbal communication
- In depth working knowledge of accessibility guidelines, building codes and energy conservation codes
- Experience with project tasks from pre-design to project completion
- Residential and mixed-use construction and interior alteration experience preferred
- Diverse experience and knowledge in all disciplines, materials and construction techniques
- Excel in fast paced and challenging client focused position
Salary Range:
Starting at $70,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
