Typically includes
:
Vehicle allowance, gas, tolls, guaranteed overtime pay, bonus, full benefits.

• Lead civil construction projects (MTA, USACE and DEP projects) with project values ranging from $30M - $100M.
• Operate in a collaborative firm culture that supports autonomy for senior staff with available backing as needed.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely and on time; prioritize productive collaboration and quality outcomes.
• Engage with superintendents (and assistant superintendents) to take on more responsibility and advance careers.
• When applicable, start to finish involvement on MTA, DEP or USACE projects for a GC is highly valued.

• Experience with MTA, USACE and DEP projects considered a strong asset.
• If you have built MTA projects, DEP projects or USACE projects start to finish for a GC, we will likely want to speak with you.
