This is a full-time, on-site role for a Millwork Estimator located in Brooklyn, NY. The Millwork Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project requirements and blueprints, preparing detailed cost estimates, calculating labor and material costs, sourcing suppliers, and providing accurate and comprehensive estimates. Additional duties include collaborating with project teams to ensure alignment with project goals and deadlines while maintaining budgetary accuracy.

• Strong skills in project estimation, including analyzing blueprints and determining costs related to materials and labor
• Experience with sourcing materials and suppliers in the construction and millwork industry
• Proficiency in using estimation software and tools for preparing detailed cost breakdowns
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with various teams and clients
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of millwork processes, materials, and construction techniques is highly beneficial
• Familiarity with industry-specific codes, standards, and regulations
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
