This is a full-time on-site role for a NYC DOB Licensed Site Safety Manager located in New York, NY. The Site Safety Manager will oversee and implement safety protocols on construction sites to ensure compliance with NYC Building Code Chapter 33, OSHA 1926, and other safety regulations. Responsibilities include identifying and mitigating hazards, conducting site inspections, managing accident investigations, and providing safety training to workers.
The role also requires effective communication with stakeholders to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

- Provide safety training to workers.
- Communicate with stakeholders to maintain a safe environment.
- Strong expertise in Occupational Health and Industrial Safety practices.
- Experience in Safety Training and facilitating educational safety programs.
- Proficiency in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of Accident Investigation and prevention.
- Valid NYC DOB Site Safety Manager License.
- Thorough understanding of NYC Building Code and OSHA standards.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead in a dynamic on-site environment.
- Relevant certifications such as OSHA 30 or equivalent are a plus.
