Overview
The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally.
Responsibilities- Analyze project specifications and blueprints to determine scope of work and materials needed.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Prepare comprehensive and accurate cost estimates.
- Consult with suppliers and vendors to obtain pricing and availability of required materials.
- Assist in the preparation of bid proposals.
- Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for construction projects.
- Previous some experience as an Estimator in the construction industry in estimating.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
