Construction Project Manager

A well-established NYC general contractor and construction management firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional who enjoys managing complex projects, working directly with clients, and leading teams from pre-construction through completion.

.

• Manage construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Coordinate clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and procurement
• Review drawings, specifications, scopes, and contracts
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation
• Identify potential issues early and develop proactive solutions
• Conduct project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
• Monitor quality, safety, schedule, and overall project performance
• Support value engineering and cost‑control initiatives
• Ensure successful project closeout and client satisfaction

• 5+ years of construction project management experience
• Experience with commercial interiors, healthcare, hospitality, retail, institutional, or high‑end residential construction
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Strong client‑facing and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
