Location: New York
Riverbay Corporation in The Bronx, NY is seeking a Restorations Inspector to ensure compliance with New York housing and building codes across multi-unit housing inventory. You will approve restoration work, maintain inspection records, and coordinate multiple inspections for apartment repairs.
We require two years in construction/restoration, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office;
Yardi familiarity and a valid driver’s license are a plus. Ability to work emergencies is expected.
