Walsh Facade Services installs curtain wall, window wall, metal panels, and storefront systems. We’re looking for a Project Manager who can plan the work, stay close to field progress, and keep clients, foremen, vendors, and office teams aligned from project startup through completion.

The ideal candidate reads drawings thoroughly, identifies issues early, and manages the details that keep projects on schedule, on budget, and up to our standards for quality and safety.

What you’ll do
  • Plan installation work with field teams, including site logistics, material needs, milestones, and upcoming scope.
  • Visit job sites regularly to review progress, coordinate with foremen, and resolve issues that could delay the work.
  • Manage project budgets, procurement, material use, and cost tracking.
  • Review drawings and product data; prepare and track RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Coordinate with general contractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep decisions and approvals moving.
  • Monitor quality, safety, and applicable building code requirements.
  • Maintain clear project records, including progress reports, schedules, lookaheads, and notices.
What we’re looking for
  • Experience managing commercial/residential construction projects, preferably curtain wall, glazing, storefront, metal panels, or related facade work.
  • Strong ability to read construction drawings and turn them into practical installation plans.
  • Experience with RFIs, submittals, procurement, change orders, schedules, and project cost control.
  • Clear communication with field crews, general contractors, and office teams.
  • An organized, proactive approach to solving problems and keeping work moving.

We offer a competitive benefits package. Benefits and other details will be discussed during the hiring process.
