We are looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join MSB Estimating LLC. The ideal candidate will prepare accurate construction estimates, detailed quantity takeoffs, and competitive bids across various project types while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Responsibilities- Prepare detailed construction cost estimates and quantity takeoffs.
- Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and specifications.
- Analyze labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
- Prepare competitive bids and proposals.
- Review project scope, plans, and specifications for accuracy.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams when required.
- Manage multiple estimating projects and meet deadlines.
- Review estimates for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with value engineering and cost-saving opportunities.
- Proven experience in construction estimating.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Experience with quantity and material takeoffs.
- Strong knowledge of labor and material pricing.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
