$100,000 – $150,000 per year
Full-Time | On-Site
Key Responsibilities- Daily focus on job site safety
- Daily interaction with Project Managers, Architects, Project Engineers, Clients, and/or Client Representatives
- Work with the Project Manager to ensure timeliness of submittals and procurement of materials for the project according to the schedule
- Monitor costs, such as labor time, materials, and containers
- Communicate and maintain relationships with subcontractors
- Assist in preparing cost estimates for change order work
- Must have a record of managing complex projects
- Maintenance of Daily Log
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Superintendent with a CM/GC firm
- Proven track record managing complex projects
- Proficiency in Procore
- OSHA 10/30 card
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Mechanical and electrical knowledge a plus
