Estimator Project Manager

Established roofing and contracting company in Croton-on-Hudson, NY is seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Manager with a construction background.

Responsibilities include meeting with customers, estimating residential roofing and contracting work, preparing material take-offs, reading commercial roofing plans, visiting job sites, monitoring quality and safety, and assisting with project management.

Roofing experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate. Must have strong communication and sales skills, a good work ethic, and the ability to work independently and with a construction team.

Valid driver's license required

Travel throughout Westchester, Putnam & Rockland Counties
