Senior Construction Estimator & Bid Manager

We are an established commercial roofing and exterior construction company seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Estimator to manage projects from initial drawings through final bid submission.

• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
• Perform accurate and detailed quantity takeoffs.
• Prepare complete cost estimates, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes.
• Prepare professional proposals for clients.
• Manage multiple bids simultaneously and ensure all submissions are completed accurately and on time.
• Identify scope gaps, discrepancies, and potential project risks.
• Coordinate with management on final pricing and bid approvals.
• Track bid submissions and follow up on outstanding proposals.

• Minimum 5 years of commercial construction estimating experience.
• Strong preference for experience in commercial roofing, waterproofing, facade, stucco, EIFS, or exterior construction.
• Ability to independently manage the estimating process from start to finish.
• Proven ownership of the full bid process end-to-end - from takeoff through submission and award.
• Strong blueprint reading and takeoff skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Experience with estimating and takeoff software.
